These exclusive Umbreon and Espeon cards were only released in South Korea, included as a Promo in the Terastal Festival ex Playmat Set and the Collection File (Binder) Set! Terastal Festival is equivalent to the English Prismatic Evolutions set and the Japanese Terastal Festival set.

Condition of cards are Near Mint or above as they are sleeved and placed in a top loader right after being opened.
