Refund policy

All Sales Final. Collectibles items cannot be refunded.

Cancelled orders may result in 10% restocking fee.

Any incorrect or damaged item must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Contact us at pkcardhouse@gmail.com with your order #, photo/video evidence of the package, shipping label, merchandise, and packing list.

The items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging where possible.
