Shipping policy

We are currently only partnered to ship with USPS within the US and Canada.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and fees.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our team for dispatching within 1-3 days after an order is placed. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. All orders are shipped by USPS. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take two days to arrive at their destination but in some cases it can take up to three days.
